We maintain our leading position by working on our three M’s every day: Mastery, Environment, and People. We do this in a structured way by following the Responsible Market Behavior Code, the Schoonmakend Nederland guidelines, and the 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
We take care of our people by providing stable and decent incomes, monthly salary payments, and sufficient working hours. We also support them through budget coaching. We understand that we often provide for entire families and feel more than responsible for ensuring that this continues in the future.
Vital and healthy people are important for everyone. That’s why we start the workday together with a workout. We ensure that our employees do not experience work pressure and pay great attention to a good and safe working environment and atmosphere. To ensure that our project specialists who have physically demanding jobs can reach their retirement in good health, we periodically have a company physiotherapist evaluate their work postures and ensure sufficient rest periods. We enable the development of our employees by providing them with training opportunities through platforms like Good Habbitz.
We contribute to improving water quality by reducing pollution and minimizing the use of hazardous chemicals. We achieve this by using biodegradable cleaning products and methods that do not involve chemical substances. Our maintenance methods use significantly less water than comparable methods in the market, thereby minimizing our water usage for carrying out floor maintenance.
Everyone has the right to work, and we actively work towards inclusion and stimulate employment opportunities for all target groups, including those who are more distant from the labor market. We reward our employees based on merit, not on gender, and ensure equal pay.
The development and use of energy-saving technologies and renewable energy sources are essential for reducing energy consumption and dependence on fossil fuels. We fully commit to this by considering sustainability aspects in every decision we make. Our fleet has been made more sustainable, we have installed numerous charging stations and solar panels, and our work methods are designed to minimize water, electricity, and chemical consumption. We also limit our transportation movements for service delivery.
Our company building is fully equipped with solar panels, allowing us to generate our own energy. Additionally, our fleet consists mostly of electric and hybrid vehicles. We also prioritize material reuse during major renovations.
Following the Cradle to Cradle principle, we recycle our materials, resources, and machinery whenever possible. This significantly reduces waste production.
As a signatory of the Responsible Market Behavior Code and a member of the cleaning industry association Schoonmakend Nederland, we believe it is important to engage in sustainable procurement in line with international policies.
We take care of our people by providing stable and decent incomes, monthly salary payments, and sufficient working hours. We also support them through budget coaching. We understand that we often provide for entire families and feel more than responsible for ensuring that this continues in the future.
We encourage collaborations across the entire supply chain, involving governments, businesses, educational institutions, and suppliers. This allows us to create job opportunities for people who are distant from the labor market and promote sustainable policies.
